Refund policy
RETURN OF GOODS BY THE CUSTOMER
1. Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, the Customer may submit a statement to the Seller about the return of the purchased goods.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving the product to return it without giving any reason. If you want to make a complaint about the ordered goods, please contact our Customer Service Office, which will consider the complaint.
- It is possible to return the product and receive a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
- You have 14 days to return products from the date of notification of the return request.
- The refund will be made immediately, within a few business days.
2. With the submission of the goods return declaration:
The Customer undertakes to send the goods to the Seller no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he received the ordered goods. The goods must be delivered to the address of the Seller, who undertakes not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's statement on withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The seller undertakes to return the payment for the goods to the customer and cover the costs associated with the delivery of the goods. The Seller refunds the payment using the same method of payment as used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.
3. A statement of return can be submitted electronically using the RETURN FORM. To meet the deadline referred to in para. 1, it is enough to send the statement before its expiry.
4. If it is not possible to return the goods free of charge, the Customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
5. Due to health protection or hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges of articles from the categories "Swimwear", "Underwear", "Beauty and Health", "Jewelry" are possible only in the case of goods originally packed in a sealed postal package.
